Our tumbling program focuses entirely on floor and trampoline skills, making it the perfect choice for athletes who want to master flips, handsprings, and cartwheels without training on traditional gymnastics apparatus. Designed for all ages and skill levels, these classes are also an excellent add-on for cheerleaders looking to sharpen their technique, build core strength, and gain the confidence needed to safely progress from basic foundations to advanced power tumbling.

Tumbling Class Options

Tiny Tumbling

Our Tiny Tumbling class is the perfect introduction to the gym for our youngest athletes. We focus on building a strong foundation of body awareness, basic strength, and motor skills in a playful, high-energy environment. Students will have fun learning the absolute basics of tumbling, including forward rolls, backward rolls, and cartwheels, while growing the confidence they need to safely progress.

Level 1 Tumbling

Our Level 1 Tumbling class is the perfect entry point for beginners and athletes of any age with no prior experience. We focus on building a strong foundation of core strength, body awareness, and fundamental technique in a supportive, inclusive atmosphere. Students will gain the confidence to try new things while mastering the essential floor skills that make advanced tumbling possible, including forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and backbends.

Level 2 Tumbling

Our Level 2 Tumbling class is designed for athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready to take their skills to the next level. We focus on building the precise technique, core power, and upper body strength required for more dynamic floor skills. Students will gain the confidence to transition from stationary movements to moving tumbling lines, with a primary focus on mastering round-offs, back handsprings, and connecting multiple skills together safely.

Level 3 Tumbling

Our Level 3 Tumbling class is designed for athletes who have perfected their round-offs and back handsprings and are ready to master elite-level power. We focus on building the explosive core strength and precise aerial control required for advanced dynamic skills. Students will gain the confidence to elevate their routines as they progress from fundamental handspring series to mastering back tucks, punch fronts, and connecting multiple advanced skills in a row.

Elite Tumbling

Our Elite Tumbling class is designed for advanced athletes who have mastered their round-offs and back handsprings and are ready to tackle high-level power tumbling. We focus on building the explosive core strength, upper body power, and precise aerial awareness required for elite-level skills. Students will gain the confidence to elevate their athleticism as they progress toward mastering back tucks, layouts, full twists, and connecting multiple advanced skills in a row.
